TIPP II: Avoid pesticides on your flowers. This can be done by taken them out of your store or you can ask for more information on it from the florist that you bought it from. Florists usually have a numerous flowers that have not been treated for pesticides.
TIP III: Also ensure that you freeze your flowers and used directly on your cake before you eat or display it. In case you are including stems, fix them immediately your flowers are ready, put them in a firmly closed container and freeze, the time has come for you to use them for your cake.
3. SUGAR GLAZING FLOWERS: This type of flower can be made through series of steps:
STEP I: Break an egg and separate the egg white in a bowl and put sugar (common) in another bowl.
STEP II: Remove the flowers stems or fruits but let there be little remaining which you can hold with your fore-finger and thumb. Ensure that you are using an edible flower.
